Picea is the Latin name for spruce. Three striking spruce trees surround the main building of the Ötzerhof and seem to literally protect the house. For this reason, the spruce was not only brought into the house with the name, but furniture was also made from spruce wood, which lends the modern and minimalist architecture of the holiday flats a loving and cosy ambience. The themes of ‘peace, relaxation and nature’ have been translated into architecture and complete the concept of the establishment.
